A Program For Every Age
Little Dragons
Designed for children ages 4 to 7, our Little Dragons program teaches the basics of our martial art curriculum through drills and games with a focus on creating engagement and fun!
Kids/Teens
Geared to kids ages 8 to 14, this program teaches martial arts in an age-appropriate way. It’s challenging but not intimidating, which makes little successes rewarding for your child.
Adults
A functional and intuitive curriculum that blends multiple martial arts in a challenging and supportive atmosphere for all ages and capabilities. You are never too old to start!
