Freestyle Fitness fans will remember our signature boot camps, and we’re bringing them back, baby! Freestyle Fitness classes are officially back on the schedule beginning January 16, and we’re offering a preview of all the sweaty fun to come with a New Year’s Eve boot camp. A Freestyle Fitness Boot Camp
Freestyle Fitness offered a range of workouts to suit schedules, time constrains, and fitness preferences. We made our name on cardio kickboxing, an intense 60-minute, no-contact workout with punches, kicks, and knees in fun, fast-paced combos. Our Total Body class focused on resistance training, and Fighter Physique was a short workout using heavy bags, sand bags, resistance balls, and bands. Throwdown, our heavy bag class, was a structured eight rounds of bag and resistance work for a killer 45 minutes. They were great classes!
Now, we’re beyond thrilled to be bringing back the new and improved Freestyle Fitness, and our free boot camp on New Year’s Day is a little preview of what’s to come. Join us at 9 am sharp, and be ready to work. There’s no need to sign up — just show up on time, and feel free to bring friends and family. We’re excited to throw it back to the heyday of Freestyle Fitness with a heart-pumping workout that will leave you sweaty and exhilarated, just in time to ring in 2023.
